Association industry veteran who, prior to creating Buzogany Associates, was President and CEO of both the Broadcast Cable Financial Management Association and the Broadcast Cable Credit Association. Before joining BCFM/BCCA in 1993, Buzogany was the Executive Director of a for-profit arm of the National Association of Television Program Executives, pioneering one of the first e-mail and broadcast facsimile services in the world. As a past chairman of the Association Forum, and a 20-year career in marketing/branding, Buz is acutely aware of the challenges and opportunities associations face in today's economy.

Kathi has more than two decades of leadership, strategy development and hands-on experience in corporate communications, PR and media relations, crisis communications/reputation management, writing and editing, community outreach, and promotion and marketing. She has provided award-winning communications expertise for a wide variety of industry segments, including: medicine and healthcare; long-term care and retirement communities; tourism; economic development and entrepreneurism; environmental associations and green industries; community banks; nonprofits; real estate; specialty foods and agribusiness; end-of-life care and the funeral industry. Kathi has a B.S. degree in Communications Media and a Master's degree in Public Affairs.

Prior to joining Buzogany Associates, Kelly managed the Sales & Events team for Blue Plate, a Chicago catering firm producing $20 million in annual revenues. Previously, she was the Director of Sales, Strategic Planning and Marketing Initiatives for the Festival Hall Complex at Navy Pier in Chicago.
